Behind the scenes: team at work, materials used — humanises the business and builds trust.

Converting Instagram to leads

Link in bio pointing to a quote request or contact page. Add CTAs to Reels: "Want this for your garden? Send a DM." Direct messages from genuinely interested people have high conversion. And anyone who watches your content can be retargeted with Meta Ads at a fraction of cold-audience CPL.

Minimum system: three Reels per week, batched on Monday in 45 minutes. Short clips from ongoing projects cut in CapCut. Consistency over frequency.
